Article 1 – Agreements

  1. An agreement is concluded after acceptance of the order by Fly Supply and when a written confirmation (by e-mail) has been sent to the customer. Fly Supply reserves the right to refuse orders or to attach conditions to the order.
  2. Only Dutch law applies to agreements between Fly Supply and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply.
  3. The invoice of your order can be found in your personal account, which can be found at https://flysupply.nl/account/. The invoice is visible as soon as your order has been processed by Fly Supply.

Article 3 – Prices

  1. All prices in the webshop include VAT and exclude shipping costs.
  2. If the payment for your order is not received within 14 days, the order in question will be deleted and the goods will no longer be delivered to the consumer. You will have to reorder.
  3. Fly Supply has the right to change prices permanently as a result of fluctuations in the financial market and rising prices of suppliers.

Article 4 – Offers and promotions

  1. All promotion and offers of Fly Supply are without obligation and Fly Supply reserves the right to change the prices at all times.
  2. The promotions listed on the site only apply to orders placed within the period for which the promotion applies, while stock lasts.
  3. Promotions on www.flysupply.nl may differ from promotions in the store.

Article 5 – Payment options

For the payment you can choose one of the following options:

  • iDeal
  • Bank transfer
  • Creditcard
  • PayPal
  • Payment in the shop in Lelystad

Article 6 – Delivery

  1. At Fly Supply, we guarantee fast delivery. We will do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed and paid for before 16:00 on working days the same day.
  2. Fly Supply will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders. However, it may happen (due to circumstances) that we are not able to deliver your order completely. We reserve the right to deliver the order in parts, for example if a product is not in stock.
  3. In general, you will receive the order within a few working days. Delivery is via the PostNL postman or parcel deliverer. However, it is possible that there is a delay at PostNL (via which the shipments are sent). We cannot take responsibility for this. In the event of major delays, it is advisable to contact Fly Supply.
  4. Fly Supply will execute accepted orders within 30 days at the latest, unless another delivery period has been discussed with the customer. Fly Supply must communicate this to the customer at all times. No later than 30 days after placing the order, it must be stated that a product has a longer delivery period.
  5. If Fly Supply has not made it known within 30 days after placing the order that a product has a longer delivery time, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract at no cost.
  6. Picking up orders is also possible. You can schedule an appointment for this by contacting us.
  7. The place of delivery is the address that the customer has made known to Fly Supply at the time of entering into the contract.
  8. Entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you if possible.

Article 7 – Obligation of the consumer during the reconsideration period

  1. If the product is returned, you must handle the product carefully in the meantime. The product will only be unpacked to the extent necessary to assess whether the product meets expectations. The customer must treat the product as if viewing it in the store, without using it.
  2. The consumer is liable for depreciation of the product that is the result of a way of handling the product that goes further than permitted in the paragraph above.

Article 8 – Returns

  1. It may happen that you want to return a (part of your) order. It may be that the product does not meet up to your expectations or maybe there is another reason why you would not want (part of) the order anyway. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return (part of) your order up to 14 days after receipt (your right of withdrawal). The 14-day cooling-off period starts one day after you have received the product.
  2. Include the return form at all times with your return shipment. This form can be found at https://flysupply.nl/retour/. Returns without a return form will take longer to be processed.
  3. If the returned product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for a depreciation of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it. The returned items are unused, clean and must be able to be sold as new.
  4. Dvd’s, books, flies and giftcards cannot be returned.
  5. The shipping costs for the returns are to be paid by the customer. In some situations there is an exception, this will be communicated to you by one of our specialists.
  6. Returning or exchanging a product in the store is also possible during the store's opening hours.
  7. As a customer, you bear the risk of damage or loss during transport. Therefore, pack the product well and keep the shipping receipt until you have received a message from us. You can choose to have the amount of the returned products credited or to use a voucher for the value of the returned products, taking into account any depreciation.
  8. If you return an order that contained free products, for example in the case of special promotions, these must also be returned. If the free products have not been sent with the return, we will not process the return.

Article 9 – Repairs

  1. When registering a repair, you must always provide a completed repair form.
  2. Proof of purchase must be present in the event of a repair. Repair is not possible without a receipt/proof of purchase.
  3. Repair take at least 4 weeks.
  4. Waders and boots have to be dry and clean before we can send them to the repairer

Article 10 – Gift cards

  1. The total amount of the gift voucher must be spent at one order. It is not possible to leave a balance.
  2. Gift cards cannot be returned.
  3. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for money.
  4. Both exchangable in the Fly Supply webshop and in the Fly Supply store.
  5. Fly Supply gift cards are valid for 2 years. After the expiry of the period, the gift voucher is no longer valid.
  6. The validity period starts on the day of purchase.
  7. The gift card cannot be used for already existing orders, they are only valid for new orders.
  8. If you lose your gift card, we will not be able to issue a new gift card.
  9. If the total amount of the order exceeds the value of the gift voucher(s) used, the difference must be paid by using one of the other payment methods.

Article 11 – Guarantee

  1. Fly Supply only supplies high-quality products. If the customer is not satisfied, the products can be returned, and the case will be processed.
  2. The warranty period differs per brand. It is advisable to contact our specialists for information about the warranty period per brand.

Article 12 – Complaints procedure

  1. Complaints about the execution of the agreement or delivered products must be submitted fully and clearly described to Fly Supply within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects.
  2. Complaints submitted to Fly Supply shall be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, we will respond within the period of 14 days with a notification of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed response.

Article 13 – Privacy Statement

  1. Protection of your data

Fly Supply attaches great importance to the protection of its customers' data. We therefore ensure that the personal information you provide us with is always treated confidentially and that your privacy remains guaranteed. Below we give you some more information about our privacy policy.

  1. The use of your data.

When you order via the Fly Supply site, we need a number of details from you. Based on this information, we can process your order and keep you informed of the status of your order. The personal data you enter in this way will only be used by us to process your orders. Fly Supply never passes on customer data and does not sell or rent it to third parties. Further use, such as for newsletters, is also excluded without your express consent.
